A case of triplet combined with hydroamnios, and delivered at 8th Month of pregnancy is presented. The sex & the .weight of these babies were as follow: 1.6 kg( ? ), 1.7 kg(? ), 1.5 kg(? ). The last baby was expired 36hrs after delivery, and others were alive in incubator during admission,
